FINE MARQUETRY INLAID BOMBE TWO PART CABINET. 19th Century. Step back top section having two glass doors and four shelves. Decorated on sides with large inlaid urn of flowers, front has trailing vines and domed center crest has butterflies and mask. The bottom in Bombe form, having split drawer over two drawers. Decorative brass hardware and ogee type bracket feet. The sides with urn of flowers. The drawer fronts with cornucopias of flowers. Flowers are even inlaid on bracket feet. SIZE: 78” h x 47” at widest x 24-1/2” at deepest. CONDITION: There is some inlay sections missing from sides and side molding missing from base of top. Otherwise very good. 9-25338 (2,500-4,000)
