OUTSTANDING EARLY IVORY AND BALEEN JAGGING WHEEL. The fancy handle having carved reeding and baleen inlaid dots and spiral carved 1-1/4” baleen section. The standard 1-1/4” crimping wheel fastened by baleen pin to a scroll carved handle. A tortoise shell hanging ring affixed to end. Total Size with Ring: 8-1/4”. CONDITION: Nice aged patina, there is a old discolored crack at top of handle that does not fully extend around handle. Very good. 9-73185 (500-1,000)
