Large oil on canvas 3/4 portrait of a woman resting her arm on a green upholstered chair standing wearing a black dress with black sheer cape. Signed lower left “B Karfiol 1936”. Appears to be housed in its original gilt molded wood wide frame bearing a Royal Art Framing Company, New York label. SIZE: 36” x 28”. CONDITION: Craquelure, surface dirt, 1” slit to top edge.
