Probably one of the rarest and desirable early Popeye toys, the Hoge row boat depicts Popeye realistically rowing the boat. Very few of these toys ever turn up for sale. SIZE: 14.3″ l. CONDITION: Rudder and oars are replacements, but Popeye and the boat retain most of the original paint and litho and are a very good example of this hard to find toy.
