Early and uncommon advertising sign from the Rich Shoe Company featuring the embossed likeness of Julia Marlowe, popular New York stage actress at the turn of the century. She is flanked by examples of a variety of her name brand shoes. This is the only version known to us. SIGHT SIZE: 13-1/2″ w x 19-1/4″ t. CONDITION: Nail holes around perimeter edge; several slight creases with a couple surface dents; light pitting lower right section. Displays well regardless. 1-28358 (1,500-2,500)
