FINE PAIR OF ROSE MEDALLION BOUGH POTS AND COVERS. Mid 19th century tapering square form having enamel decorated four panels incorporating birds, butterflies, and peonies. All within a butterfly and peony border, flanked by gilt leaf handles. The pots fitted with square covers having five round holes with gilt borders. Together with two wood custom stands. PROVENANCE: Woolworth Collection. SIZE: 8” h x 6” square. CONDITION: Some glaze roughness and very small chips to top edges. Generally very good. 9-72601 (4,000-6,000)
