CASED PAIR OF SMITH FLINTLOCK PISTOLS. Cal .30. 1-1/2” round bbls. Marked “SMITH” on left side of the frame and “LONDON” on the right. Birmingham proof marks on the bottom of the frames. The silver thumb pieces are engraved with a dragon. The oak case is modern. It is lined with green velvet and contains combination bullet mold, bbl wrench that is too large for the plugs on bbl, another bbl wrench also too large and a three compartment Dixon flask which contains balls of a proper size. NSN. CONDITION: Smooth gray brown patina overall. Wood is fine. Actions are fine. Powder flask retains about 85% of its varnish and gold wash. Case is fine. 4-49905 FS247 (800-1,200)
