ALFRED THOMPSON BRICHER (American, 1837-1908) NEW ENGLAND COASTAL SCENE. Fine watercolor coastal scene shows rocky coastline with waves approaching and breaking close to shore. Three sailboats are seen on horizon under a cloud and blue sky. Several seagulls are seen flying over rocks. Signed lower left with conjoined first initials “AT Bricher”. Housed in a fine gilt molded wood replacement frame with white matte and inner gold liner. SIGHT SIZE: 12” x 22”. CONDITION: Very good. Faint brown vertical line at center where old framing boards met. 9-99001 (10,000-20,000)
