OUTSTANDING SIX-PIECE STERLING TEA SET BY SHREVE & CO., SAN FRANCISCO. Set consists of 14” h tea kettle on stand marked “5 pints”; 7” teapot marked “3 pints”; 5” teapot marked “3 pints”; 3-3/4” creamer; 4” covered sugar and 3-1/2” waste bowl. All marked pattern “5200”. Gold wash interior to creamer, waste bowl and sugar bowl. Not monogrammed. Set is in squashed melon form having a decorative flower finial. Each piece having four scroll feet and decorative rims. WEIGHT: 190 Tr oz. CONDITION: One teapot lid has a few very small dings, otherwise near excellent. 9-96171 (3,000-5,000)
