ATTRIBUTED TO VIRGILIO TOJETTI (American, 1849-1901.) WOMAN WITH BASKET OF FLOWERS. Oil on canvas interior scene shows a kneeling young woman wearing a sheer white drape. She looks upwards and is carrying a tapered basket with white flowers. A stone block floor with columns is the background. Housed in what appears to be its original antique gilt wide frame with flower decorated corners and gold liner. SIZE: 18” x 15”. CONDITION: Dime size paint loss in background, otherwise very good. 9-73192 (800-1,200)
