Probably a North Shore, Massachusetts scene. Signed lower right. Also signed on back of board. Housed in a fine carved gilt wood frame. SIZE: 10” x 8”. CONDITION: Thinning to paint surface in right corner with some inpainting and overpaint to first name in signature. 9-27144 (600-900)
