PATENT MODELS: LOT OF 3. 1) Hat Pouncing Rolls by Jos. Nutt with original patent tag# 267,363, dated Nov 14, 1882. Thick steel disc wrapped in canvas with ratcheted lever to tighten hats. SIZE: 3 1/4″ diameter. CONDITION: Light oxidation otherwise very good. 2) Clothes Pounder by P. W. Hart with original patent tag# 150,859, dated May 12, 1874 (small corner missing, tag is torn). Turned walnut handled tool used to disengage water and soil from clothes. SIZE: 9 1/2″l. CONDITION: Very good plus. 3) Clothes Sprinkler by E. T. Colburn with original patent tag# 51,509, dated Dec 12, 1882 (small corner tear to tag). Stamped with inventor’s name in script. Brass finished cylinder with rod and spring inside to sprinkle water on clothes prior to ironing. SIZE: 4 1/4″ l. CONDITION: Dents to cylinder but overall good. 1-6246, 1-6273, 1-6303 AT (400-600)
