SHARPS NEW MODEL 1863 RIFLE. Cal .52. 30” round bbl. The cartouches are not readable. SN C,35640. CONDITION: 65% thin blue turning brown on bbl, other metal parts are mostly gray with light to moderate pitting. Wood has been lightly sanded and varnished but no repairs are visible. Action is fine, bore has a ring about 8” in front of the chamber. 4-49654 FS141 (2,000-3,000)
