PAULA ELIASOPH (American, 1895-1983) MODERN ABSTRACT. The abstract scene with a left corner sun shining on square, round and triangular objects. In colors of red, black and brown. Signed lower right “Eliasoph”. Housed in a gold painted wood frame. Eliasoph worked in the same building as Charles Hassam and with him published The Complete Set of Etchings and Dry Points of Charles Hassam. In the 1930’s she was painting in a cubist manner.
