18″ CYLINDER SWISS MUSIC BOX WITH BELLS. Walnut case with ebony, walnut, and burl on top and front with inlaid border. Music box has large 18″ cylinder that plays eight tunes and plays six bells with butterfly strikers, drum and castanets. SIZE: 11″ t x 30″ w x 13 1/2″ d. CONDITION: Case is solid needing only slight inlay work and possible refinishing. Inside, the music box is in wonderful condition. Works have been restored by Charles Wilson of Louisville, KY. Cylinder has been re-pinned and polished. All teeth and tips are in good condition. Bell strikers are in fine condition as is the percussion. 1-5882 EO (6,500-8,500)
