DERINGER PISTOL WITH WESTERN AGENT MARKING. Cal .41. 3” bbl. Marked “DERINGER / PHILADELa” on the breech plug and lockplate. The mark on the lockplate has been struck twice is almost illegible. Also marked “C . CURRY / SAN FRANCo CALa / AG…” on top of bbl. There is an under rib on the protruding part of bbl but the stock was not made for a ramrod. The capbox in the butt contains a number of percussion caps. NSN. CONDITION: Rust brown patina with light pitting overall, moderately heavy on bbl obscuring some of the marking. Wood is good with minor dents and scratches and a couple of minor cracks. Lock is fine. 4-49301 FS193 (1,000-1,500)
