Figure of a maiden with flowing brown hair in lavender empire robe, golden sphere in her right hand on a stepped socle. Crossed swords mark in underglaze blue. SIZE: 11-3/4″ h. PROVENANCE: From a fine New Jersey home. CONDITION: Sphere anchored to her hand with thin metal rod, visible from above. Small and minor losses to leaf tips at base.
