FRANCIS DE EDERLEY (American, 1904-1959) OUT OF WORK. Oil on canvas scene shows three men along a front of a building, one sits with head in hand on stoop, another sits on a bulkhead and the other is leaning against a wall. Unsigned front but signed on back canvas and identified on stretcher. Housed in a modern black and gold wood frame. SIZE: 22″ x 32″. CONDITION: Left 4″ of side has extensive chipping, some inpainting to left corner and along edge. Otherwise good. 9-92188 (2,500-3,500)
