STARKIE’S “THE ROBOT” MECHANICAL BANK This bank is made of aluminum and of a more recent vintage (20th Century); it is unique and not easily obtained for one’s collection. The bank is activated by placing a coin in the right hand of the “mail carrier” robot and pushing a lever down thus forcing the hand forward and depositing the coin in the slot in the door.
