COCA-COLA WELSH CLOCK WITH CALENDAR INSERT. Extremely rare octagonal Ingraham schoolhouse clock from the “E. N. Welch Mfg., Co., Forestville, Conn.”, circa 1901. This example includes a cropped 1901 Hilda Clark calendar top, pendulum, and weight key. SIZE: 17 3/4″ w x 26″ t. CONDITION: A nice example with original clock face, a stronger than typical red Coca-Cola advertisement that is usually found on these clocks. The oak case appears refinished with a replaced front glass face, with solder repairs to the brass bezels retainer clips. The 1901 cropped calendar top grades fair to good with loss to corners and several creases, has been mounted to a piece of mat board. 1-6074 PF (4,500-5,500)
