These stereo prism binoculars designed for use by artillery officers to determine the correct range for targeting. Retains original case and accompanied by a range corrector scale manual, August 1915. Leather case fitted with compass. SIZE: Case: 5″ h x 7″ w x 3-1/4″ d. PROVENANCE: From a fine southern Maine home. CONDITION: Optics remain very good. Normal and expected abrasion to enameled brass frame and to manual. Good overall. 9-25213 (100-200)
