TWO DESIGNER TOLE TRAYS ON STANDS. Mid 20th century, Italy. The first a large tole gallery tray with shaped brass handles, paint decorated in the Oriental taste mounted on a custom Regency style simulated bamboo base. The second with two oval tole painted trays mounted on a two tier folding wrought iron trolley. SIZE: First: 21″ h overall x 36-1/2″ l overall x 23-1/2″ w. Second: 36″ h overall x 25-1/2″ l x 19-1/4″ w. PROVENANCE: Woolworth Collection (F.W. Woolworth Dept. Store). CONDITION: Very good overall. Each marked “Made in Italy”. 9-21336 (500-700)
