JOHN S. SCHEELER (American, 20th Century) PRAIRIE FALCON AND DOVE. Outstanding, contemporary bronze sculpture depicts a falcon perched on a rock outcropping with cactus. The falcon stands over a recently attacked dove. Signed “John S. Scheeler” and numbered “2/15”. A wonderful bronzed patina. SIZE: 13-3/4” h x 16”w x 17-1/2”d.
