(Circa 2nd quarter, 20th Century) The rectangular over-upholstered back with serpent crest jointed to rolled arms, centering on trapezoidal seat, raised on square, molded frontal legs with foliate carved returns, the rear legs back swept. SIZE: 39″ (height of back), 17″ (height of seat). PROVENANCE: Woolworth Collection (F.W. Woolworth Dept. Store). CONDITION: Structurally very good, retaining original finish.
