FEDERAL CHERRY CANDLE STAND. First quarter 19th century, Connecticut. The square top joined to a swelled urn form standard raised on a tripod base with slender ridged slipper feet. Each leg with chip or notch carving at juncture to column. SIZE: 26″ h x 15-1/4″ square. CONDITION: Good with old surfaces. One foot professionally repaired at ankle. 7-70079 (200-400)
