PRESENTATION ENGRAVED GOLD FILLED WALKING STICK HANDLE. Circa 1890, American. “Presented to N. S. HARRINGTON by his Sportsman friends Jun 29th 1890” engraved within an oval cartouche. Handle carved overall with floral scrolling vinery brightwork. Butt of handle additionally engraved “UNCLE NATHAN”. SIZE: 3-1/2″ l x 1″ dia approx. CONDITION: Handle generally good with solder marks at the point where handle was attached to shaft. Surface dents at butt of handle. 9-26202 (50-75)
