TWO PIECES OF BLUE DECORATED STONEWARE. 1) Five gallon open top crock signed “Ottman Bro’s & Co. Fort Edward, N.Y. 5”. A large 8″ x 7″ blue spray on front. The crock of typical form with applied handles. 2) Batter pitcher with pinched spout and applied handle. Hour glass form having a 5″ x 5″ blue decoration of two tulips. SIZE: 1) 12-1/4″ h x 12-1/4″ dia. 2) 10-1/2″ h. PROVENANCE: Collection of Avis Howell, Belfast, Maine. CONDITION: 1) Very good with a couple of small chips to the inside rim. 2) Very good. 9-25148 (600-900)
