REGENCY INLAID WALNUT DRESSING BOX. First quarter 19th century. The rectangular box with hinged dome lid housing a mirror. The box with removable tray fitted with covered jewelry compartments and seven additional compartments fitted with powder jars, perfumes, etc. Additionally fitted with a secret drawer released by a pin. SIZE: 6-3/4″ h x 12″ l x 9″ d. CONDITION: The burled veneers with original surfaces. The abalone and inlaid diamond medallion intact. The interior in need of restoration. Bottles and fittings are original, one missing. 9-98412 (200-300)
