TWO MID 20TH CENTURY RUGS. Anatolian rug, Belouchistan design with three rows of 6 gulls all on a wine red field within multiple polychrome borders of stars and other geometric devices. Heriz having geometric central medallion within a stylized diamond shape red field centered by ivory spandrels, the whole filled with dense polychrome geometric devices within a blue/black saz leaf main border. SIZE: 1) 6’11” x 4’11”. 2) 8’2″ x 4’7″. CONDITION: 1) Retaining medium pile and with minor deterioration to ghiordes knots and fringe. Kilim weave in good condition. 2) Retains good pile with scattered areas of moth damage around perimeter 9-96031, 9-96388 (150-200)
