TWO CHINESE DECORATED PORCELAIN PLATES. 1) In the style of the Qing Dynasty, China with an imperial mark in underglaze blue. The border decorated with rondels of fanciful birds and plants centering a coral red border with scrolling gilt decoration, further centering a rondel decorated with flowering plants. 2) In the style of the Ming Dynasty, Wan-Li Period (1573-1620), Chins with imperial mark in underglaze blue. Decorated overall with multiple vases, urns and stands, also a foo dog seated on an ottoman. SIZE: 1) 8-1/2″ d. 2) 7-1/2″ d. CONDITION: 1) Showing wear to gilt edges, otherwise very good. 2) Very good overall with some wear to gilded edges and borders. 9-98248, 9-98252 (1,100-1,500)
