ZHANGZHOU WARE STYLE BOWL. In the style of that produced in Fujian, China in the 17th and 18th centuries. The deep bowl decorated in overall blue bird decoration. The foot rim with sand adhesions, typically found in the earlier Zhangzhou Ware. Reference: Zhangzhou Ware Found in the Philippines by Rita C. Tan. SIZE: 3″ h x 12″ d. CONDITION: Generally good. Hairlines visible beneath the glaze running from upper rim down into base of bowl. Surface scratches in center of bowl. 9-98275 (900-1,200)
