TWO PINE STORAGE BOXES IN BLUE PAINT. First quarter 19th century. The first, hinged rectangular lid above the conforming case with scalloped apron. The second, smaller example, with hinged lid and open interior painted blue/gray. SIZE: 1st: 27″ h x 36″ l x 16″ d. 2nd: 10″ h x 25″ l x 13-1/2″ d. CONDITION: The first showing normal and acceptable wear throughout. Original painted surfaces worn. Nice color and patina. The second, surfaces with wear. No plinth. 9-20721 (450-550)
