SCARCE LARGE COLUMBUS BUGGY CO. LITHO SIGN. This fabulous stone lithograph depicts Europeans arriving from Australia and being driven about in “Columbus” buggy. The fantasy scene depicts ostriches driven by Aborigines powering the carts. Great deal of detail and color in a wide panoramic view. The corner vignettes show various exotic fauna and flora of the Australian outback and the Columbus Buggy Lithography Company factory in Cincinnati Ohio. SIZE: 36” x 23-1/2” h. CONDITION: Generally excellent, a couple of scattered scratches on the paper image, but otherwise fine. Framed in a lovely contemporary museum quality frame. 8-87232 (3500-5500)
