FIGURAL SWING ARM MYSTERY CLOCK. Late 19th/early 20th century. The bronze winged female figure, similar to the goddess Gloria as modeled in the Ansonia version of a Mystery clock, standing on a cloud-like rose strewn base above a sphere. The convex dial within a cast brass ribbon tied frame raised on an armature above a spherical pendulum, all supported on the figure’s right arm. The Roman numeral chapter ring centering a time only aperture. SIZE: 36″ h x 19″ w. CONDITION: Bronze figure in very good condition with minor surface scratches. The movement in unknown condition.
