NEW ENGLAND TIGER MAPLE SIX DRAWER SPICE CHEST. 19th century. Diminutive cabinet with rectangular top above a conforming case fitted with a bank of 6 short drawers raised on tapering French feet with scalloped and shaped apron. SIZE: 17″ h x 16″ w x 13″ d. CONDITION: Stripped and repolished with replaced back board. Traces of old blue paint on drawer interiors. Turned knobs a later replacement. 9-21532 (2,000-3,000)
