RARE NOGGIN IN RED PAINT. Late 18th Century, New England. Carved from the solid, this nice maple piece of treen carved in the form of a small pitcher with handle. SIZE: 6-3/4″h. CONDITION: Structurally very good. Very minor old shrinkage check in base of noggin. Retaining most of original painted surface. 9-20968 (900-1,200)
