THE HOUSEHOLD FLYER NAIL BOX. 19th Century wooden compartmentalized box which when opened reveals colorful paper litho labels on inside of the lid. Some of them date to the 1880’s. Lithographed by W. J. Murgan Co., Litho Cleveland, Ohio. It also indicates that it’s manufactured by the H. P. Mail Co., Cleveland, Ohio. SIZE: 12-3/4” wide x 9-3/4” deep x 1” thick. CONDITION: Generally good, wood has a very dark old patina, and the litho label on the inside has overall soiling. 1-3229 (250-300)
