SHERATON CHERRY PEMBROKE TABLE & FEDERAL CHERRY ONE DRAWER STAND. First half 19th century, probably New Jersey or Mid-Atlantic region. Pembroke with rectangular top and conforming hinged leaves raised on swelled cylindrical and ring turned legs terminating in turnip feet. The stand with square top above a conforming frieze fitted with a single drawer raised on square tapered legs. SIZE: Table: 28-1/2″ h x 36″ d x 19-1/2″ w closed. Stand: 29-1/2″ h x 17″ x 17-1/4″. PROVENANCE: Estate of Nancy H. Woods, Boothbay, Maine. CONDITION: Table retains original surfaces with honey brown patina. One leg with extensive bite marks. Otherwise very good. Stand with original surfaces and honey brown patina. Very good overall. Slight stain on top. 9-20929 (500-800)
