WALLACE NUTTING BRANDED LOW BACK WINDSOR ARMCHAIR. Circa 1934, Model #413. This fine maple and pine oversized example with curved stepped crestrail joined to the medial rail continuing to flat paddle grips, the back spindles straight, the arm supports joined to the wide shaped saddle seat raised on splayed baluster and reed turned splayed legs joined by a conforming H-form stretcher, terminating in onion feet. Illustrated in “Wallace Nutting Supreme Edition General Catalog” 1934, retaining original paper label and in addition, the underside of the seat branded “WALLACE NUTTING”. SIZE: 30″ h of back x 30″ w overall x 18″ d overall. CONDITION: Very good original condition. 9-98076 (500-1,000)
