CHARAK CHIPPENDALE STYLE CARVED MAHOGANY TILT TOP TEA TABLE. Circa 1933. Model No 354 made by the Charak Furniture Company, Boston, Massachusetts. The circular single board top with scalloped pie crust edge tilting on a fluted ring turned acanthus carved standard raised on the tripod cabriole acanthus carved base terminating in ball and claw feet. SIZE: 28-1/2″ h x 23-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Structurally very good. Retaining original finish with good color. No restoration noted. 9-98237 (800-1,200)
