AMERICAN 4 PIECE GORHAM STERLING SILVER TEA SET. Circa 1913. Consisting of a tall coffee pot, short tea pot, covered sugar bowl and creamer. Each with a faceted knop finial and each eight sided tapering to an eight sided foot, all bearing monogram “AMM”. Coffee pot marked “A5751”, tea pot marked “A5752”, sugar bowl marked “A5753”, and creamer marked “A5754”. Gross weight: 66 troy oz. SIZE: Coffee pot 10-1/4″ h; tea pot 8-1/4″ h; sugar bowl 7″ h; creamer 5-1/4″ h. PROVENANCE: Antonio Moreno (Actor, 1887-1967) Played opposite of Great Garbo, Gloria Swanson, etc. CONDITION: Creamer with some minor denting along side. Tea pot with some minor damage to end of spout. Otherwise very good. 9-98273 (800-1,200)
