EMPIRE STYLE “SAC DU PERLE” 12 LIGHT CHANDELIER. Early 20th century, French. With 12 arms radiating from a central shaft, the cast brass upper frame mounted with six brass wreaths, each with a frosted glass etched star panel within, alternating with ormolu cast brass panels depicting opposing swans supporting an image of the “Sun King”. All hung with pendant prisms and swag centering a beaded and prism chain basket, hung with frosted glass teardrops. SIZE: 20″ h x 24″ d. CONDITION: Retains original fittings and wiring. Mostly intact with some losses of prisms. Very good overall. 9-98406 (700-900)
