ROYAL WORCESTER MOON VASE TOGETHER WITH RECTANGULAR EXAMPLE. Last quarter 19th Century. Both in the oriental taste, the moon vase with a rondel on both sides depicting potters in their workshop in raised decoration with stylistic handles and oriental form base. The rectangular vase with simulated ring handles on a mottled ground. The opposing long sides with painted and gilt decorated panels depicting potters at work, firing and decorating. The vase raised on a stylized oriental style plinth. The moon vase with under-glaze purple mark; the rectangular vase with incised under-glazed crown mark.
