TWO CARVED PUTTI WITH MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS. Late 19th century. Each finely carved example depicting a cherub on a plinth dressed in a tunic tied at the waist, barefooted, one playing a stringed instrument, the other a French horn. Both with wavy hair and wings. SIZE: 22″ and 21-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Structurally very good with medium brown color and good patina. 9-21510 (2,500-4,500)
