GROUP OF FIVE BLACK FOREST CARVED BEARS. Late 19th early 20th Century. Switzerland. The group includes two humidors with hinged heads, a rare mother bear inkwell carrying two swaddled infants which are in fact quill pens, a hiking bear, wood basket strapped to its back, and a bear holding a bowl. SIZE: Largest: 16″ h, smallest: 6-3/4″ h. PROVENANCE: From the “Harp House” of Camden, Maine. CONDITION: Very good with original surfaces. 9-26902 (300-500)
