CARVED BLACK FOREST WALL MIRROR. Late 19th century, Switzerland. The rectangular mirror plate within a carved gilt slip within a beech frame carved with a wide border of oak leaf and acorn branches. The pediment in the form of a draped swag, surmounted by a displayed bird. SIZE: 38-1/2″ h x 29″ w. PROVENANCE: From the “Harp House” of Camden, Maine. CONDITION: Structurally very good.
