GILT METAL MOUNTED FRENCH PORCELAIN GARNITURE URN. Last quarter 19th century. The deep indigo urn mounted with cast brass handles, collar, and cast plinth raised on simulated hooves, decorated with an oval scenic panel. The front depicting a young man and woman, her apron filled with flowers. The reverse depicting a country landscape. Beneath the lid is a pseudo, or late, Sevres mark above the country name “FRANCE”. SIZE: 21-3/4″ h overall. CONDITION: Overall in very good original condition. 9-20614 (750-1,500)
