UNIQUE PAIR CARVED BLACK FOREST TABLE LAMPS. First quarter 20th century. Each lamp finely carved depicting a bird amidst grape clusters and leaves mounted against a tree trunk on an oval rockwork plinth. Each fitted with a flaring cylindrical lampshade applied with quail feathers set in patterns. SIZE: Overall 27-1/2″ h. Shade 17″ dia. PROVENANCE: From the “Harp House” of Camden, Maine. CONDITION: Very fine condition. Bases with original surfaces. Both wired. 9-26854 (1,500-2,500)
