PAIR OF BLACK FOREST STANDING DEER. Late 19th Century. Switzerland. Each well-carved stag standing on rock work with upraised heads. SIZE: Tallest: 27-1/2″ h x 19″ l. PROVENANCE: From the “Harp House” of Camden, Maine. CONDITION: Old surfaces with good patina. Dark brown in color. Loss to antler tip and to tip of one ear, otherwise very good. 9-26842 (2,000-3,000)
