STUMP SPEAKER MECHANICAL BANK. The bank depicts a black carpet bagger traveling the south after the Civil War. Colorfully painted, this fellow has a huge head for his body with minuscule top hat giving him a comical look. SIZE: 5” x 4” x 10”. CONDITION: Extremely fine paint {80-85% +-} but could use a light cleaning. It appears that the lower red panels have had a varnish applied to them {?}. JL 1-2128 (1250-1750)
